Our animals are yearling calves—free-range finished on native prairie grasses. All cuts are aged to absolute perfection. All beef is raised free of hormones and penicillin, resulting in delicious, all-natural, home grown, healthy beef products. 

Orders are placed in either wholes, halves or quarters. One half will yield 220-270 lbs of frozen beef, depending on the animal and your cutting instructions (i.e. removing all fat would yield less). The HUGE benefit of buying beef in wholes or halves is that YOU decide how you want it cut and wrapped; you can specify the size of each roast, or how big you'd like your packages of hamburger, or the size and number of steaks per package, etc. Buying in bulk gives you the benefit of always having enough meat in your freezer.
